Refund & Rescheduling Policy
Overview
This policy applies to all lesson packs purchased through Kraga School of Music effective September 16, 2026. By purchasing a pack, you agree to these terms.
Key Terms
- Upfront payment: All lesson packs are paid in full via Razorpay at the time of enrollment.
- Validity: Each pack is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Rescheduling: You receive 2 free reschedules per calendar month. Requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.
- No‑show: If you do not attend a lesson without prior notice, the session is marked as used and is not eligible for refund or reschedule.
- Cancellation & refund: You may discontinue lessons at any time and receive a pro‑rata refund for any unused, prepaid lessons.
- Gateway fee: The Razorpay gateway fee (if any) is non‑refundable. As verified by Razorpay, there is no separate refund fee, but the original 2‑3% processing charge plus GST is not reversed on refunds.

To reschedule, cancel, or request a refund, please email info@kragaschoolofmusic.com with your request. We will process it within 2 business days.
