Terms of Use

Kraga School of Music provides live, one-to-one online piano and keyboard lessons for children and adults, along with preparation for Trinity College London and ABRSM graded exams. Lessons are delivered over video call at times agreed with you.

The trial class is a single 30-minute lesson at no cost. It carries no obligation to book further lessons. We aim to confirm your requested slot within 24 hours. If the time you picked is not available, we will offer you the closest alternative.

Lessons can be booked at any hour, any day except Sunday. Slots are shown in your local time when you book. Once you are enrolled, lessons are normally held at a fixed weekly time.

Lessons can be rescheduled with at least four hours notice, and we will find a new time that works for both the student and the teacher. A lesson cancelled with at least four hours notice goes back into your pack, and you can book it at another time. A lesson missed without notice, or cancelled with less than four hours notice, is treated as taught and cannot be made up.

Lessons are sold as session packs, and every student is billed in US dollars at 25 dollars per session, on both the 24-session and the 48-session programme. The rates shown on the pricing page are the rates that apply, and they may change over time.

Payment is arranged directly with us after your trial class, once you have decided to continue. There is currently no public checkout on this website. A session pack is used as lessons are attended.

Kraga School of Music sells lessons, not physical goods. Nothing is shipped. Every lesson is delivered live, online, over a video call, at the time you book. Once a trial or a lesson pack is booked, you receive a calendar invite and a video call link by email; there is no physical delivery and no delivery address is collected. Kraga does not charge any shipping or delivery fee.

If a student sits a Trinity or ABRSM exam, the exam entry fee is paid directly to the relevant board and is not part of the lesson fee. Entry fees are set by the boards and vary by grade and country. We are not responsible for exam board fees, scheduling, or results.

We prepare students thoroughly and honestly. We cannot and do not guarantee a particular exam mark or result, since that depends on the student's practice and performance on the day. Any timelines we give are estimates based on typical progress.

You are responsible for having a suitable instrument, a device with a working camera, and a reasonable internet connection for lessons. You agree to give accurate information when booking and to treat the teacher with respect. Lessons may be ended without refund in cases of abusive behaviour.

The content of this website, and any teaching materials, practice notes, or resources we provide, are for the personal use of the student. Please do not copy, redistribute, or resell them.

We provide the lessons and this website with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction over any dispute.
