Is the Trial Class Really Free?
Yes. It is a full 30-minute 1:1 class with the teacher. There is no payment, no card details, and no obligation to continue afterwards.
What Happens After I Request a Slot?
We confirm your slot within 24 hours by email, and on WhatsApp if you asked for that. The confirmation includes the class link. If your chosen time turns out not to be free, we will offer you the closest alternative rather than leaving you waiting.
What Do I Need for the Trial Class?
A piano or keyboard, a device with a camera, and a reasonably quiet room. If you do not own an instrument yet, book anyway. We will use the class to understand your goals and tell you exactly what to buy for your budget and space.
Which App Do You Use for the Class?
Zoom or Google Meet. The link comes with your confirmation. There is nothing to install in advance beyond the app itself.
