How do online classes work?Our classes are conducted live via secure video conferencing platforms. You'll interact directly with your instructor in real-time, receive immediate feedback, and can ask questions throughout the lesson. The instructor may use multiple camera angles to demonstrate techniques clearly, and you'll have access to digital learning materials to support your practice between sessions.

Can I customize my class schedule?Yes! Flexibility is one of our core features. You can select preferred days and times during the enrollment process, and our scheduling system will match you with instructors available during those times. You can also reschedule individual classes with at least 24 hours' notice through our student portal.

What equipment do I need for Online class?To get the most from our online classes, we recommend: A reliable internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps) A computer, tablet, or smartphone with a camera Headphones or speakers Your instrument (we can advise on purchases if needed) A quiet space for practicing and attending lessons

What are the Certifications offered and are they recognized?We offer two types of certifications: Kraga School of Music Certifications: Issued directly by our institution after completing level-based assessments in your chosen instrument or course. Partnered Certification Programs: We prepare students for external examinations from recognized music education bodies like Trinity College London, ABRSM, and Rockschool. Our certifications are recognized by music institutions in India and internationally, providing validation of your skills and achievements.

How is student progress tracked and evaluated?Student progress is tracked through our comprehensive learning management system. Instructors provide detailed feedback after each lesson, set specific practice goals, and conduct monthly progress assessments. Students can view their progress dashboard, access practice logs, and track completion of curriculum milestones. Formal evaluations are conducted at the end of each level, which may include performance recordings, theory tests, and technique assessments.
