About Kraga
Why families choose Kraga.
Kraga School of Music started with one question: what does a lesson look like when the teacher actually has time to teach? Live 1:1 piano lessons, structured curriculum, certified teacher.
Structure, Not Song-Hopping
Every course follows a clear sequence. Each lesson builds on the one before it. Students do not skip foundational work because that work is what makes everything else possible later.
Exams as Milestones, Not the Goal
Trinity College London and ABRSM grades give students a recognised record of progress and a concrete target to aim for. We prepare students thoroughly: pieces, scales, sight reading, aural tests, and full mock exams with written feedback. The exam entry fee goes directly to the board.
Practice Notes After Every Lesson
After every session the student receives a written plan of what to practise and how. Not "practise your piece". Specific bars, specific techniques, specific goals. Parents can see what needs work. Students know how to practise, not just what to practise.
Teaching at Your Pace
A nervous beginner needs different teaching from an adult returning after a ten-year gap, and both need something different from a student working toward Grade 8. The lesson adapts to the student who is actually in front of the teacher.
