Is the Trial Class Really Free?
Yes. The 30-minute trial class is completely free. No payment, no credit card, no commitment. You book it, we confirm within 24 hours, and you have the class. After that, you decide whether you want to continue.
What Is Included in a Session Pack?
A session pack is a block of 60-minute live 1:1 lessons with the same teacher each week. You schedule lessons at a time that suits you, and the pack is used as you attend. There is no expiry tied to a calendar month.
Are Exam Entry Fees Part of the Lesson Fee?
No. If you are preparing for a Trinity or ABRSM exam, the exam entry fee is paid directly to the examining board. It is separate from the lesson fee and varies by grade and location. We will tell you the current fee well in advance of when you need to register.
Can I Split a Session Pack Between Siblings?
Each session pack is for one student. If you have two children who both want lessons, you would need a pack for each. We can discuss scheduling both at the same time if that works for your family.
What Happens if I Need to Reschedule a Lesson?
Lessons can be rescheduled with at least four hours notice. We will find a new slot that works for both teacher and student. Sessions missed without notice cannot be made up.
Do You Offer 30-Minute Sessions for Young Children?
Yes. For children aged 5 to 7, 30-minute sessions are available. The pricing for 30-minute sessions differs from the 60-minute packs shown here. Discuss the right session length during the trial class and we will give you the relevant pricing.
How Do I Pay for a Session Pack?
Payment is arranged directly with us after your trial class, once you have decided to continue. There is no public checkout on this website, so we send you the pack amount in US dollars and the payment options open to you. The pack starts from your first lesson and is used as you attend, with no auto-renewing subscription attached to it.
